1. Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Request
Refund requests should be sent by email to jamesnelson@curtainserenityshop.com with the following information:

Order number
Product name
Refund reason
Optional additional photos (if the product is damaged)

3. Return Requirements
Products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags.

Specially customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product or the product is damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange products, please follow the refund process to apply, and you can place a new order after the refund is processed.
